Interaction is a positive two-way communication between the
employee and his or her organization. Both sides are aware of their own and
other needs and the way they support each other to meet these needs. Employees
and organizations involved will be superfluous because they see the mutual
benefit of investing in their relationships. Participation occurs when people
engage in their work. They are interested, really excited, about what they do.
Work participation can exist even when people are not engaged in the
organization, except when it gives them the opportunity and opportunity to
