Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction

          
Interaction is a positive two-way communication between the employee and his or her organization. Both sides are aware of their own and other needs and the way they support each other to meet these needs. Employees and organizations involved will be superfluous because they see the mutual benefit of investing in their relationships. Participation occurs when people engage in their work. They are interested, really excited, about what they do. Work participation can exist even when people are not engaged in the organization, except when it gives them the opportunity and opportunity to develop and develop their skills and potential. They may be more related to the type of work they do than to the organization providing the work, especially if they are knowledge workers. Job engagement starts with job design as well as when employee engaging with job or work few factors,few factors focus on it.there are, Interesting,challenge, Variety, autonomy, task identity and task significance.

                                        

Performance improves as interaction goes well.That means Better engagement means better productivity. Companies where employees are hired performance better than companies whose employees do not exceed 200%. When an employee is working, I feel connected to the company. They believe that the work they are doing is important and, therefore, they will work more diligently. Employee participation is essential to the organization as employee participation can help your cause. marketing. Performance improves as interaction goes well. Employees are unlikely to retire. The employees involved are positive. Employees feel satisfied when they are busy. Interested staff are doing more goodhearted activities. Employees of interest are better communicators.


Methods to enhance Employee engagement.

 1. Let's start from the beginning - management felt busy and need to reflect.
 2. Make a positive work environment.
 3. Set clear goals and prospects.
 4. Development of culture of corporate charity.
 5. Distribution of interviews to employees.
 6. Promote personal growth.
 7. Give feedback - Good and bad.
 8. Do not forget that the employee is a person, not a machine.
 9. It becomes transparent.
 10.We encourage cooperation.






The performance of an organization depends not only on the time spent by employees in the company, but also on their efforts to accomplish their tasks that ensure optimal use of resources. This, in turn, helps them grow and acquire more skills. The organization must have an appropriate career development system for its employees to rank high for their spirit and motivate them to make sure that they are always doing their best. Employee participation depends on the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization's systems and procedures. There are not enough clearly defined procedures; in fact, they must be properly observed and updated from time to time. When companies make efforts to improve the level of interaction with employees, they work automatically to improve customer satisfaction. Studies have shown that organizations working on this aspect have significantly reduced employee turnover.

How to use the potential of employees who are not actively engaged or who are not working? Yes, the management studies conducted in recent years have shown that only 11% of the total number of employees are actively involved and feel strongly committed to their work and their work. The remaining 89% of employees are not actively working or working. This means that organizations can use the potential of only 11 percent of employees. Encouraging the rest of the workforce is always a big challenge for them. Any organization that aspires to make the best use of its employees and use them with care should give priority to meeting the different needs of its employees. To coordinate their response, they can use the Maslow hierarchy model.

Employee satisfaction is paramount to keeping employees happy and ensuring their level is better. Satisfied employees are those who are extremely loyal to their organization and adhere to it even in the worst case. They do not work because of coercion, but because they dream of bringing their organization to a new level. Employees must be passionate about their work and the passion is only apparent when employees are satisfied with their work and the organization as a whole. Employee satisfaction leads to a positive atmosphere at work. People rarely walk or complain and focus more on their work.

The first benefit of employee satisfaction is that people are unlikely to leave their current job. Employee satisfaction on the road is important to retaining employees. Organizations must retain decent and talented employees for long-term growth and guaranteed success. If people leave you after the training, believe me, your organization will be in a big mess. Okay, you can hire new people, but no one can deny the importance of experienced professionals. For organizations, it is important that people have experienced people who can lead novices or people who have just joined. The deterioration of the ministry is one of the main problems that organizations face. I do not think that a person who is well treated in the workplace has ample opportunities for growth, evaluates his superiors, gets his salary on time, thinks about changing jobs. Retaining talented employees definitely gives your organization an edge over your competitors because they contribute more effectively than new entrants. In addition, no new person likes to join an organization that has a high level of staff reduction. Employees who are dissatisfied with their work often disturb their organization, and also warn their friends and acquaintances to join them.
